Pigeonholed is the eighth level in Chip's Challenge Level Pack 3. It was created by Scott Feeney, originally known as "Catatonic Porpoise", whose levelset was well-received before this level's voting into CCLP3; however, this is his only entry in the set. This level requires Chip to place blocks into water guarding the three chips, but because of the force floors wending around this tiny space, a way out from the corners must also be allowed for.

The space diagonally from each chip must be removed first. Start with R >R 2D to free that space in the southeast, then circle straight west to free the southwest, push block 2 D and use blocks 3 and 2 to collect the southern chips. Block 1 remains in existence; push it R, then move RD 2U RUD, which will use the same trick from A Walk in the Park to reach the brown button slightly quicker. Even in a short level where the Melinda time is 111.8, any possible timesaver is worth aiming for in hard boosting levels.

This button releases a pink ball to clone a block from the clone block; open the diagonal space with block 1, then follow the same path back around with the remaining block and step U to take the final chip. Use the same technique one final time to slide south, east, north and east into the exit.
