Collect the block from the top and push it through all three immediately reachable crosses to access another block, with a [[green key]] underneath, and carry this block east to the third cross. Before pushing this block down, remove the [[green lock]] immediately below; one of the others, like this one, is temporarily required to bounce a block off, and the other can be removed quicker when Chip is actually in that section.

After carrying the second block into the fourth cross, move RLDU [1] L to catch the block and send it into the east room; when [[boosting]] and following blocks onto ice, remember [[block echo]]. Push this block out and jump above it to send it into the south room for another trade, chip and [[blue key]]. Jump temporarily to the left after pushing the fourth block out to the center to remove the [[blue lock]]s, then remove the [[water]] behind them with the fourth block. There is sufficient time to negotiate the tiny cross in the final room without the [[ice skates]], so use this block to capture the last chip and the skates at the same time, and then skate back to the [[exit]] at the top.
