Move block 2 down to the bottom. Then move block 1 R 9D L to catch the lower bug, then move it R and, once the bug is adjacent, move the block 9D [2] 6D (the block will be on the lowest button with the bug controlling the 3 buttons above. Move block 3 L 3D R to catch the other bug. Push the block L then, once the bug is adjacent, push it 5D [2] 9D [2] D. Now all the button should be being pressed, so the block at the bottom can be pushed through the traps. In the next room, push one block onto button 5, then use the other block to lure to paramecium to the buttons, leaving the block on button 3. This will allow the block to be pushed all the way through the remaining traps and onto the lowest brown button in the bottom-left room. Use the block in this room to lure the bug onto the next 3 buttons above and then the paramecium onto the 3 buttons above that, with the block being placed on the top button. Now collect the red key, return to the start, go through the red door, collect the chips, and exit.
