Diabolical is the 148th level in Chip's Challenge Level Pack 3. It is one of the Secret levels in CCLP3. It was created by Joshua Bone. Much like Mind Block in CC1 and (to a lesser extent) Neptune in CCLP2, it's an easier level among the last levels of the set, the others being more difficult in comparison. Coincidentially, Mind Block and Neptune were also in the 148th slot of their respective sets.

318 route: Use the block to trap the ball so that the red key can be collected. Go through the door and collect the chips and yellow key whilst dodging the bugs. Walk past the balls and collect the fire boots. Go past the yellow door and fire, press the blue button twice, collect the chips, then press the button again, quickly get out and go round to collect the blue key. Teleport and dodge the paramecia to collect the red key. Go through the red door and collect the chips and yellow key. Go through the yellow door and collect the final chips from the gliders, then go through the socket. If the blocks are pushed across the water, it will not be possible to exit as the tank has to be reversed to open up the exit, and this will leave Chip trapped on "suicide beach". Therefore it is necessary to bring the block through to the teleport. The first 2 are used to partial post the teleport, allowing the other 2 to explode bombs guarding flippers. Now the blue button can be pressed, allowing the exit to be reached by teleporting back and swimming across the water strip.
