 Play immediately through the [[teleport]] to keep the [[tank]] from messing up the [[fireball]] stream, and then dive to the center when it is free. Move block 1 2R, block 3 2D, block 4 D, and then block 1 2U, to set the fireballs on a beeline towards the green button. Use block 2 to bridge the water back and continue holding left through the toggle walls to reach the exit.
