A steel wall is a type of wall introduced in Chip's Challenge 2. It has the same properties as a normal wall, except that ghosts cannot pass through them and they cannot be destroyed by time bombs. Movable objects can turn normal walls into steel walls by bumping against them while holding steel foil. Wire can be laid through steel walls, but wire tunnels and gates cannot.
