Wars is the 84th level in Chip's Challenge 1, and it is a more sophisticated brother of Invincible Champion, with the same bug section being copied over excepting a monster order fix. In this case, the cloning fireballs are meant to be shot into the bugs, causing a "war" between the monsters; the block added to the level, intended for this objective, instead allows Chip to handle the bugs quickly and without any other monsters.
Move the block 3L [4], stopping for a set of pink balls, and then continue it 12L 8U [2] UL; the sum wait of [6] causes a different monster order of the bugs stopped by the block, such that there is enough room to move 4U L from the last chip just as in level 77.
