First, slide all the way around the level, as the [[blue wall]] entrance is at [3, 2], and then build down from block 3 with blocks 3, 2, 1 and 4 (note that the [[Block Donut Rule]] cannot be used here as block 1 would be placed against the water, and the pink ball to the west would actually cause you to lose time), collecting the chips on the far left when returning from block 1. With the bridge complete, step to the southwest corner, southeast, and then zigzag all the way up to the northeast to collect the remaining chips. The [[exit]] is located at the top.
