Steam is the 75th level in Chip's Challenge 1. Thieves require Chip to switch between fire boots and flippers. In order to reach the exit in the northwest corner, both boots need be held at once. There are multiple solutions for this level, but the fire boot without any thief guarded a few spaces from the lower left corner must be obtained before reaching the exit. Travel in a spiral to the top, a good amount left, and then a small spiral all the way down to reach the fire boots. After that, simply go to the top-left, just be careful not to bump into any thieves.
