Binary is the 99th level in Chip's Challenge 2. It was created by Chuck Sommerville.

The player must push ice block onto buttons that match the columns of the surviving blobs to access the chips in the top section. To access the rest of the chips, they then must use all 16 ice blocks to fill in the water spaces in the bottom section.
