Go with the Flow is the 27th level in Chip's Challenge 1. This is a very simple level, though there are things which need to be done in a specific order.
Start with the fire boots, which are guarded by a tank. You can go right in after waiting [1], but coming out, you have to time things correctly; wait [10], or 2 seconds, after collecting the fire boots (there is a blue button which can be pressed to make it easier to collect the fire boots, however the former route is faster). Collect all the remaining chips on the way over the force floors, then move the blocks at the top to reach the flippers. You will need to move the unused block U and then come back around to get it to the water. This will make it possible to swim to the last chip in the center, and then walk back to the exit.
