In Chips Challenge 2, this level is a bit harder. One strategy I've used is to clear out the left and bottom dirt spots, wait for the bugs to pass and come back, picking up their third buddy who is guarding the two chips. As they leave, you can grab the lower right chip, and then try, try, try, try... to dodge left fast enough to grab the next chip and run to escape the bug. Repeat for the next pair, and watch out for the pair that's coming at a slower rate, all while keeping ahead of the returning swarm that you've released. Shove the lowest block down to send all the bugs into the water, and then dodge any returning bugs along the path and wait for them all to hit the water. Then the top puzzle can be completed, a block shoved from that puzzle to the one below, and then while watching out for the danged gliders, pop blocks down to get the fire boots and then further to the right, to get that chip, again, watching out for the gliders. If you time it right you can send the gliders up into some spare blocks, an 8x8 enclosure, and they'll just keep looping while you finish the lower puzzle to get to the exit.

In Chips Challenge 1 (Steam), this level is a bit harder. One strategy I've used is to clear out the left and bottom dirt spots, wait for the bugs to pass and come back, picking up their third buddy who is guarding the two chips. As they leave, clear out the dirt spot at the top right, then you can grab the lower right chip, and then try, try, try, try... to dodge left fast enough to grab the next chip and run to escape the bug.
