Tom Rowe is a well-known Chip's Challenge level designer and optimizer. He released his first and only level set, TomR1, in 2004 which gained popularity for its distinct style and frequent use of invalid tiles. Tom made Lynx-compatible version of TomR1 for CCLP3 consideration.
