The floor mimic is a monster introduced in Chip's Challenge 2. Normally, they have the appearance of a floor tile and follow Chip or Melinda at 1.25 m/s (5 m/s for 1 move, then waits 3 moves). If Chip or Melinda equips the secret eye, they have the appearance of a raised bump; however, the secret eye will not reveal what is under floor mimics, even though it reveals objects hidden under most other tiles.
