Steam is the 75th level in Chip's Challenge 1. Thieves require Chip to switch between fire boots and flippers until he can reach a point where both boots can be held at once. This can be found a few spaces from the lower left corner; travel in a spiral to the top, a good amount left, and then a small spiral all the way down to reach the fire boots. The exit is located in the northwest corner.
