Mouse moves...[edit]
If the order is "voluntary, creatures, involuntary, sliplist [updating]", then why do monsters move before Chip? I'm not sure I get it, so go ahead and fix it.
The mouse move notation, and most everything else, is explained at directional notation: click such that Chip makes the moves in the asterisk. Clicking on a teleport that moves Chip L is written as *[>L] (sliding is written with the greater-than sign).
