The gender-only signs, consisting of the male-only sign and female-only sign, are tiles introduced in Chip's Challenge 2. The male-only sign acts as a wall to Melinda and Mirror Melinda and acts as floor to all other movable objects. Conversely, the female-only sign behaves as a wall to Chip and Mirror Chip and as floor to all other movable objects. All entities that are not player characters or player mirrors ignore these signs. (Though, interestingly, Lesson 2 (CC2 level) refers to an ant as male.)
