The only thing wrong with Work Fast in Lynx is the buried fire. There is no need for it in the level as the only things that will touch it are [[Chip]] with fire boots and the fireballs, so simply remove it for Lynx play.
The only thing wrong with Work Fast in Lynx is the buried fire. [[Chip's Challenge Level Pack 2 (Lynx)|CCLXP2]] simply removes these buried tiles altogether, as they are surrounded by fire tiles on the upper layer anyway.
Work Fast is the 26th level in Chip's Challenge Level Pack 2. Work Fast is quite a simple level, and does require fast work to dodge the enemies around, but the time limit is still ample.
Take the two boots, pass the water and fire to a chip, then continue moving DR (3D) 2R UL (3U) to complete the circle of chips. Wait [3] to sneak through the gliders in both locations, push block 1 (block 2 is hot and leads to nothing anyways) and bridge across the water with the chain of blocks to slide to the exit.
