Icedeath's difficulty:
With directions, it's maybe a 2. With a map, you can make the directions and just follow them. Without a map, it takes a lot of trial and error and either noting down correct moves or trying to remember a sequence of 50+ safe moves in a row, without mistakes. I could see a case for as low as a 3 here, but in terms of solving unaided it's definitely a 5.
