Slip and Slide is the 2nd level in Chip's Challenge Level Pack 1, and the second of the lesson levels. In this level, unlike Lesson 2 in the original game, this lesson focuses on skates and suction boots and how Chip can use them to traverse ice and force floors.
Play 2L 3U onto the first force floor slide and hold to the right. To reach the ice quickly, wait until Chip is directly above the entrance to the ice area before holding down off the force slide. At the end of this ice slide you will find suction boots, but before you return head down the slide 2D from the suction boots to find a chip.
Returning to the start area the way you came from, use the suction boots to collect the skates behind the force floor. Head to the right to find a chip behind an ice corner that you can only get after collecting the skates. Once you reach this chip, return over the ice corner and collect the remaining chips going counterclockwise until you reach the exit. If everything was done quickly enough, you should finish with a time of 180 seconds remaining.
