Lesson 4 is the fourth level in Chip's Challenge 1. This lesson level is significantly more complicated than the last three, teaching Chip about tanks and blue buttons, toggle walls and green buttons, and tiles that can be hidden under blocks.
To complete Lesson 4, Chip can move through the three rooms in any order. The room with the tanks is to the left of the starting room, the room with the blocks is underneath, and the room with the toggle walls is to the right. In the room with the tanks, use the blue buttons to move the tanks out of Chip's way to collect the chip at the top. Use the blue buttons again to move the tanks to get out of the room. In the the room with the blocks, move the corner blocks to collect the four chips. Don't move the middle block, as it has fire under it. In the room with the toggle walls, use the green buttons to switch the toggle doors to collect the chips. Once Chip has gone through all the rooms and collected all the chips, he can then go through the socket and walk to the exit, thus completing the level.
Version differences[edit]
In the unreleased NES port, the fire beneath the central block is replaced with a wall, rendering the block immobile.
