Mr. McCallahan Presents is the 149th and final level in Chip's Challenge Level Pack 3. It is one of the Secret levels in CCLP3. It was created by J.B. Lewis, and ends the levelset by referencing A Fleeting Memory at the start and Special at the very end (as well as copying Paranoia's hint) to effectively summarize not only CCLP3, but also all three level packs.
