Drew Thomas
Drew Thomas was an early Chip's Challenge level designer. He released one level set, DrewT1, which was last updated in November of 2002 and is one of the oldest level sets online. Seven of his levels made it into Chip's Challenge Level Pack 2.
Drew's design style is often very simplistic; for example, Fantasy Island consists of nothing but an enormous room full of computer chips with a clone machine spitting out gliders, plus just a touch of aesthetics made of water and fire. On the other hand, on occasion Drew has designed far more engaging challenges, like Frozen Birdbath; a rather tricky ice and blue wall maze full of recessed walls and invalid tiles.
